Jane M. Vachon, MSW, LCSW
Director of Program Services and Quality Improvement

In 1974, Jane Vachon began her career as a group life worker in the Bangor Group Home where she later became their resident social worker. She also served as an adoption social worker for the agency before accepting her current role as Director of Professional Services.

Jane oversees the leadership, performance, and operations of all residential, clinical, and counseling programs and services. This includes direction, support and education of professional staff, goal development and outcome attainment.

A Maine resident for over 30 years, Jane is a graduate of Boston College and holds a Master’s degree in Social Work from the National Catholic School of Social Services in Washington, D.C.
